Food Critic can't Master Chef
Being a Food Critic should count for this aspiration as well as reaching lvl 4 in the Culinary branch. The newspaper isn't going to hire you if you don't know duck sauce from albatross.

- Well don't they say people become critics of something because they can't do that thing? :D (Movies, games,... food?) ;)
- That is probably the easiest skill though to master if you have the chef kitchen trait on the lot.
