I have full employees "a host / 3 waiters / 2 chefs" and all of them have maxed skills , they are satisfied and I never let them overwork , I always disallow new customers after a few hours so I don't over work them.
but there are some customers , usually the last ones never get their food & the waiters just stand still doing nothing.
Has this happened to anyone else ?
Is it a particular table ? Anything they have in common ?
Do you have any ice cream or popcorn on your menu ?
It's not the same table , sometimes a certain table works sometimes it doesn't
I do have different kinds of icecream on my menu yes , is the icecream bugged ?
