While the 99 units per save revelation seemed like a bummer at first, I'm not too bothered by it personally. I don't think I will even build that many residential rentals, and not all of them will have six units. With my current plants, I'm at about 15-20 units. Sucks for everyone whose plans have been destroyed by this, though. I wish such important information was revealed sooner.
And it really surprises me that we can't build residential rentals on penthouse and beach lots, considering that we can have every other lot type on them. Not that I necessarily need it, especially in San Myshuno which has enough apartments as it is, but still. I wonder why that limitation was put in place.
