And it really surprises me that we can't build residential rentals on penthouse and beach lots, considering that we can have every other lot type on them. Not that I necessarily need it, especially in San Myshuno which has enough apartments as it is, but still. I wonder why that limitation was put in place.

I think there is at least one beach lot in Sulani that is not touching water - Key Island? Or maybe I'm wrong. I would love building a beach hotel, and it's a pity if this can never ever be done in Sulani, not even if we get a future hotel pack.
