For Rent Official Countdown Thread (Now Available)!!!!

Not sure if I like that you can be evicted. I just want to live in a duplex without having to worry about that. Hopefully it's only for breaking and entering.

First EP in awhile that Im going to be paying attention to! This might even get me in the mood to boot up the game again and fix up some of the "apartments" and townhouses Ive got built. I might even build some new ones!

Im totally turning one of my Landgraabs into slumlords. I just need to do that XD

Now that feels like expansion pack...

It's still surprising we get 3 expansion packs this year. Though I am getting a feeling that Horse Ranch was initially a game pack, but got too big that it was made into an expansion instead.

Now that I have info, I can finally peacefully go ahead and build my ideas that have been flowing.

To make these communities even more interesting, Sims have five new traits. Sims can be Nosy, Generous, Cringe, Child of the Village and the Elder specific Wise–as wisdom comes with age.

Are elders going to get exclusive traits? If yes, then how could they get these without the Re-Traiting Potion (yes, I know the self-discovery system in Growing Together, but to my latest knowledge, it doesn't have Horse Lover and Rancher traits)?

Though I'm looking forward to learning more about these traits. I hope they show all of them in the livestream.
