Building apartments, yes! I can finally stack all the npc vampires on two lots. Have one lot for my sim and there will be two community lots left. Then it will be funny to create a small town save! A park and maybe a spooky library if I’m playing an occult family. Otherwise it will probably be a park and a bar.

Same goes for all the occult worlds. It will be so much easier to place all the families that you would like to have in a specific world. At the moment you have to balance that to the community lots.

I am going to need so many different apartments for the different residential worlds.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Now I can have 4 families in glimmerbrook and still have room for 2 or 3 community lots. :)

The new toilet alone is worth this fantastic pack!!! Can't wait to build apartments in the small worlds. How about a magic community in Glimmerbrook?

Smaller worlds like Tatosa,Mt Komorebi are really going to flourish. This pack is going to be game changing for me!The trailer is really impressive and after reading the description, especially the new traits, I'm sold!

I wonder how the rent and evictions will work on rotational play...say I move in a sim with few simoleans, and the landlord asks for rent they don't have, well that's going to be pretty amazing for storytelling.
Now it's time to hunker down on some goals so I can celebrate with the new pack in December.

So far it has me excited to get back into building. Better apartments wasn't on my wishlist but I'm not against it and it's going to add much more customization than we have now. (even if it has certain limits)

I knew CAS & BB would be awesome. Electric kettle I see? Better than I had hoped! I like the tea sets we have but the styles don't fit for more modern decor so this is great.

I have so many Sims and so few options of where to put them. I would love to be able to have some of my friend groups live in the same building in their own units. I wonder what the Sim per unit and unit per lot limitations will be? I really hope we're allowed to have more than 8 Sims in an apartment building. Fingers crossed!

Also, I wonder if we'll be able to make trailer parks for Strangerville and large boarding houses? I'm also curious how the community sections of the lot will work? It would be cool to have a boarding house in Chestnut Ridge with sharable horses.

I really loved the apartments in Sims 2, so I'm hoping this pack recaptures some of that magic. And also... new traits!! I love getting new "negative" or at least quirky traits. Not sure what "dabbing" means or if that's all there is to the Cringe trait, hopefully there's more. But I love that both Wise and Nosy would make great new traits for some of my elders. I have an eccentric group who live in a "senior housing" community that is makeshift, of course, but I really, really hope I can officially turn it into segmented units. I love my quirky elders. ❤️

and I saw sim release latern so I'm kind of hoping sims can do that wherever and not just at that specific place cause it would be good addition for mt.komorebi festival of lights too

still waiting to see how the apartments function first though cause I have so many fake apartment and townhouse buildings in my game and I'll be heartbroken if its no good

I hope the window AC units are functional. There’s 2 different types around 0:25 of the trailer. I know I’ve mentioned the food but…THE FOOD!!!! Hopscotch and marbles for my kiddos ? hopefully teens and adults can also play both. The trailer sims with hearing aids ? The tuk tuk toy by the toddler’s foot around 0:23 is a cute addition. The decor from what I’ve seen is very good. Specifically the blue rug and bed. I can’t wait to explore the outdoor market.

I hope we get some ability to edit existing apartments.
