Johnny Zest is going to run a whole trailer park. Maybe an empire of trailer parks! In my now-dead save, he ran a converted motel, so thinking that might also return. It was a fun lot.
Plus I'm going to make my actual rowhouse I live in, but I'm not sure it really fits in any save well.
At least one penthouse in San Myshuno is going to become apartments.
I'm going to resurrect my old Willow Creek seniors' home and make it more functional. Still not a real seniors' home, with staff serving meals etc., but it's something, and frees up some nice large homes for families.
I'm thinking that there needs to be an extended family compound or three in some worlds. And they'll actually function :D I had some in my now-dead save but they were meh because they didn't work well. One was more like a commune, and I'd like to play more with that concept too, so it can better accommodate family groups than it did.
DEFINITELY there will be Sims renting out rooms in a boarding-house type setup, students living in shared housing or rooming with families, people renting out their basement (like half my real-life neighbours do, if the whole house isn't split into flats), and things like rented out renovated coachhouses on a large property.
There will be So. Much. Building and Renovating. Also: I'm enormously grateful to people on the Gallery who build shells or who share their builds that I can use as shells. It's the part I'm terrible at, getting started, but once I've got that, it's a lot of fun to renovate.
