For teens, besides volunteering, how to increase Character values

My sim has max in manners and responsibility but is lacking in Emotional control, Empathy and Conflict resolution. What actions increase them? It’s so easy for them to start cursing when they’re angry...

Thank you @annaliese39 and @Drakos !managed to get teen with 4 except for conflict resolution but I’m not interested and causing some problems only to raise to it, so I left it as is. :)
