I don't make Bella go missing, but I combine her career as a spy with Strangerville to make her often leave Willow Creek/Pleasantview for a while while she's doing that challenge. What I'd like to be able to do is somehow reconcile TS2 aliens, TS4 aliens, and The Mother Plant -- to create some narrative that makes them make sense, and weave Bella into THAT story.
