Forever Friends Gameplay and Picture Thread (Ends November 4)

I didn't know that about the stuffies -- I have to pay more attention! Snickers looks very cute!

I dont think you will miss out, since cats are part of an EP the adoption was an optional task (cause only people with that EP can do it), and the event is made for everyone to be able to get everything, even if you only have basegame.

Optional tasks only give you a bit of an advantage but they are not needed.

I didn't have any kids in my main save, so I created a new save for this event. They are the Wharton family and through a generous anonymous donor, they were able to afford a fairly nice house in Sulani. They adopted this Bengal cat today, Ollie. He is talkative, a prowler, and a free spirit.  

And this is Alison taking a selfie with her bear Wendall in the background. I don't know why Wendall looks sad because Alison was in a good mood.

Oh, I thought I would miss out because the last event I didn't have enough points for the last few items and I had completed everything except the optional ones. I had the packs for them but I didn't bother as I thought it wouldn't matter and then got to the end and found it did matter...

This week was a challenge. My game was bugged and the stuffed animals were constantly deleted from my sims inventory. Luckily I found the culprit, an outdated mod, and was able to finish the event.

 Not sure if it is a good idea for a kid her age to be out alone in the dark. But Violet was drawn to this weird tree with a set of glowing eyes.

Violet switced to a dragon plushie. I think he suits her better.

Meanwhile aunt Indigo nearly died in a fire. She was rescued by a fireman and now she is rapidly falling for him. She even rolled a to marry him but that's a bit too fast. 

It is a sweet photo of Violet hugging her dragon plushie friend in Sylvan Glade 💗It wasn’t good that Aunt Indigo nearly died in a fire! I hope that her relationship with the fireman that saved her develops well. It wasn’t such a good way though for them to first meet.

"Gross, this room is so girlie. You still talk that penguin too?"
"Reese, get out!"

"Hmph, I'm borrowing the camera Dad got you . I want to take some pictures"
"You better not break it"

"Hehe Nora's angry, Sly. I like getting on her nerves"

After breakfast all 3 siblings headed to the park. Reese brought Sly along. Finding a spot by the pond he took a selfie. 
"I'll ask mom if she can print this"

While he ran over to the playground, he called over his brother and sister. Though they didn't respond. "Wonder where they are" 
Nora took her anger out on Matt 😳

He continued playing on his own when he noticed a small animal get close. 
"Hi little guy, I'm Reese"

Reese spent the rest of the morning playing with the stray. When it was time to head home Nora led the way. They stopped when they came across a tree. 
"This is the weirdest looking tree I've seen. You think it's magical?"
"Hmm? Where's Matt? C'mon let's go. Mom's asking where are we"

Nora moved on, Reese continued talking to the tree when a passage appeared. 
"That little kitten is following us. Woah, where does that lead to?" Matt asked after finally catching up. 
"I don't know, should I find out?"
"Um... no. It could be dangerous"
"Ooh I didn't think of that. I'm going in"
