I believe that it is only the base game collectibles that will make a collection complete. Anything from the packs that adds to a collection is a bonus and have nothing to do with it being complete. Items like the postcards, voidcritters etc that add a new set of collectibles are also counted as full collectibles.
EDIT:
If you look, the fossils will 15+ (a number) the +(4) is a bonus it will change as new fossils are added, but the base collection will not change.
Yeah and it should be +5 since there are 4 from J.A. and 1 in GTW. :smile:
