Foundation hight slider dissapeared

Hi does anybody know if the foundation hight slider has been moved to another build section?
Or has it just completely dissapeared from my game (the horror).
I dont have any mods and I have repaired my game.

    Are you referring to this? I think the foundation can be adjusted with this now.. It can be adjusted using the 'thing' in the middle (I don't know what should I call it :# )

    ROFL I was wondering the same thing. I even restarted the game. Thought it was a bug or something.
