No foundation sliders

Hello.
There is a new way of adding and altering foundations since the recent patch. This link explains about it

Mine won’t bring up the arrows either, the room highlights but that’s it.

i also have a same issues. could someone teach me where i can build a foundation or just give me a link. if i using those arrows then the land will be down too. I want to build a foundation on flat ground.

I am going to close this as it's a lil bit old and the same link has been offered as a suggestion twice now. I would suggest folks check the link and if they're having this issue head to Answer HQ to see what other information might be available.
