Hey all... How do you get rid of or add freckles/beautyspots in CAS? I tried everything I could find amd still no option....

It's on the facial features tab when you click on the head. I'm not in game right now so can't be more specific.
I wish there was a way to add the features for a born in game sim but if so i couldn't find it. I have only managed to do it in CAS when creating a sim, not in the mirror.
