Has anyone gotten this one to work? My sim's name is Arvin Spencer and I want him to be friends with Marshall Cross I used testingcheats on and testingcheatsenabled true. I have used them separate...

and it should work.
For some odd reason, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Same words, not always the same result.
In my experience, you have to do it for each sim. Meaning, if "Mia" raises her relationship with "Clark", her panel will reflect that. But if I click on Clark, it doesn't. So I have to enter the code twice...once for each sim in the relationship.
btw, as long as both sims are loaded on the same lot you shouldn't have to do this twice. :)
