I DO have City Living. I guess that would explain it, although it's never happened with any of my other Sims, and I've got at least two others carrying frogs and other collectibles around. The funny thing is, the Sim it happened to isn't even a collector. I had intended him to leave the two frogs at his girlfriend's house, because she is a collector.
