For the Bullseye you'd need any Heart and Whirly frog. For Surfer Leaf you need any Leaf and Surfer.

You need to breed any Spotted and Sun frog.
I usually get a lot of duplicates, but I always put those in a chest, and save them for fishing or plasma packs.
