Game development cost and content?
So I was thinking about something. I think at least from sims 2 all the packs have stayed the same amount of money. If not please correct me as I started playing on Sims 3. Was sims 1 also the same...

I'm not willing to offer EA more money when that's probably not the issue. The Sims 4 has been incredibly profitable so far and paying more for an EP, GP, or SP is unlikely to mean that they'll reinvest that money in the game - we can't bribe them to include more content. If the price increases, we'll probably just be paying more for the same product. There's no guarantee that they'll even reinvest in the Sims and not another game.
The packs are not worth what EA initially charges anyway, it's more of an early access price, because of the constant sales. The Eco pack is already on sale.
