Game development cost and content?
So I was thinking about something. I think at least from sims 2 all the packs have stayed the same amount of money. If not please correct me as I started playing on Sims 3. Was sims 1 also the same...

But it wouldn’t make sense to me if EPs costed more than the base game (which currently has the same price as EPs).
Also, if the cost of game development really increases over time, as technology progresses, and TS5 does eventually come out -provided it would be a more advanced version of the sims- how much would we have to pay for an EP in this version in order to catch up with its predecessors, content-wise?
