Game development cost and content?
So I was thinking about something. I think at least from sims 2 all the packs have stayed the same amount of money. If not please correct me as I started playing on Sims 3. Was sims 1 also the same...

The cost for game development have increased. If we would assume that the cost is the reason why the packs are lacking in content, then I would probably pay a bit more. I don't think that's the only reason though, I think game development for the sims4 have been troubling since the start and also that EA are not willing to invest more money in developing it despite The Sims 4 earning them so much money. The game reached a total net revenue of $1.59 billion in January.
If they would have invested those money in Maxis then we would not have so many bugs and other problems with the game now and packs would not be lacking in content.
If I am paying more, then I am also expecting more, so if EA are gonna charge more for their packs, then I would expect EA to invest more in the sims, hire more people, less outsourcing, get rid of bugs quicker and make good packs with lots of content.
