Game Restaurants completely Broken after this patch

My Sims cannot run any restaurants after todays patch. Cooks do not enter restaurants, they stand outside. Also, older problems that were never fixed: Sims not eating, gathering around and not stayi...

Crinrict was able to replicate the chef standing outside issue:

It can apparently be resolved by resetting them.
