I have to agree with @Handel , I have a whole new appriciation for how good the EA builds are to actually play in, and have put back several EA builds in my save file and replaced "Renos" I have put in. They just work better, you never have to worry about MOO screwing things up, and so on.
Plus I find a lot of EA builds only need like a 10 minutes touch-up to be REALLY good while if you want to change something in a game-changer build you almost have to knock down all the walls and start over. There is no room for expanding or just "put the bar on the short end instead of the long end" simple touches because everything is so cramped.
