So I want to add some spice to my sims family and possibly have my one of my couple have a side woohoo with the Gardener or Nanny. I am wondering if I hire a nanny and/or gardener and my sims form ...

I think as long as you don't add them to your household, they should stay in that hired service. My main family is very good friends with my nanny, and I've even edited her in CAS, and the game still hires her out as my in game nanny
