Hello, I am trying to have a perfect garden (before downloading Seasons, Outdoor retreat, etc that would add more plants.)I've been able to attain bonsai buds but my original plant took so long to harvest, I waited until I had one then had my Sim plant it. I wanted to take a cutting and graft it onto a perfect plant, only to discover that I can't? Is this a bug?How long did it take you to get a perfect bonsai bush?Additionally, I can't for the life of me get a UFO seed and my Sim goes to space every couple of days for 2-3 missions. Any tips on finding it?

I don't imagine that you can graft it since it does not produce any harvestables. They're for turning into bonsai trees.

That was one plant I could never get, no matter how many times my original sim went on space trips. I ended up just opening up buy-de-bug mode and got one from there. After that, I created a community garden that I saved to my library, and whenever I started up a new game save just placed the community garden back in the game.

I don't imagine that you can graft it since it does not produce any harvestables. They're for turning into bonsai trees.

There's a "green man" space mission that you can get the chance to get a UFO fruit. There are a couple others, too. It depends on the mission and the choices you make. I usually get it eventually. I know there is two or there missions that give it.

THIS! So I have to wait for it to become perfect from fertilizing it?

Or wait for my grafted plants to create a perfect bonsai seed.

If you have City Living and get extremely lucky you can sometimes find UFO plants at one of the festivals (I want to say it's the Romance Festival) of course you not only have to get lucky that you have a game that spawns one but you'll also have to hit it at the right season for it or it won't be growing/ready to harvest.

(Alternatively if you want to be cheaty find a room on the gallery that has all the plants and place one in one of your parks and wait for the right season. Like I said that's cheaty and I myself won't do that in my Complete Collection run but it's an option if you don't mind.)

So far: Large space rock from a duel, cowberry from a space race, space debris from bunny, prevented littering and got common and electronic upgrade parts, space walk after feeling funny with the air and nothing.

Anyone happen to know what will do it?

Join the scientist career and build the portal to go to sixam. Or I think you can upgrade the rocket ship to take you there.

Wait over night on sixam til 5am hits (harvestables only trigger at 5am) there should be some there to harvest.
