Gardening Career Question
If your sims are in the gardening career you have the option to send them to a rabbithole job. Can they get promoted automatically that way?

Not that I can see. No skilling, just career advancement. And when they work from home my Sims make about ten dollars a day if they complete the daily work tasks. They do receive the bonuses upon reaching the next job level but the hourly wage isn't triggered until they go to work.
