Gardening Guide

Hey Folks :)

I'm currently working on the Gardening Aspiration/Collection and i wonder if everyone knows a good guide for gardening in Sims 4,
that lists all current plants and how to find/graft them.
I searched a lot but all i could find were outdated guides that ended somewhere around seasons Release or even further back.
