Gardening vegetables

You have to get their gardening skill up higher. At level 7 they can buy the Uncommon Seed packets, then at level 10 they can get the Rare Seed packets and also the Farmer packets which have more seeds in them. If you have City Living, you can go into the city and look for the produce stands -- I've seen them pop up in the Spice Market and Arts Districts. You can purchase produce there and come home and plant it. Same thing if you have Outdoor Retreat -- some of the produce is available at the ranger's kiosk. I know tomatoes are found there, and someone mentioned bell peppers (which is one of the ones I still need -- I was thinking of sending the family to Granite Falls for Winterfest anyway).
