Genuine question for those who dislike TS4

I don't love TS4 but I also don't hate it. Every sim series has something I like. My biggest issue is how broken TS4 has become. The bugs are out of control which makes some aspects of the game unplayable at least for me (like gardening). I still buy some packs full price but for the most part, now I try to wait for sales. It makes sense considering I don't always patch right away these days anyways.

Regardless of my feelings for Sims 4 and if I'm playing it or not, my nephew nibling shares the account with me and Sims is something we've always bonded over. They still very much enjoy the game so it's worth buying the packs in my eyes. :)
