Usually in real life when a established star or a new starlet is seen dating someone, it attracts paparazzis, gossips, news, raising the public interest (even if just momentarily) in that artist. The same happen if a public display of affection moment is captured by a paparazzi.
If both involved are celebrities, the speculations can grow stronger and last longer.
My point is, in Get Famous we should have sims' fame increase (once they have at least one star) if they are seeing in any romantic interaction in public. (Of course not if they are with their husband/wife)
The effect should be even stronger if it involved woohooing.
