Get Famous Community Lots: Renovations

I like your makeover. I get a little frustrated with new venues since I have all the packs, but not the best decorating eye. This looks great :). Keeping an eye out for what others do.

Your changes to the lot look great! :) Very nice karaoke area! It looks nice the way that the armchairs have been placed in a semi circle there for Sims to enjoy sitting resting there watching and listening to other sims singing. Very nice area where Sims can enjoy sitting around the bubbles machine using the item. Very nice stage area with the microphone. The white seats with gold edging are very nice for Sims to sit on there, as they watch other sims performing. Very nice sitting areas in the build. The golden trophies are nice touches on the table between the armchairs. The pictures and posters on the walls of the venue give a great look to the venue areas.
It is a very nice makeover of Orchid A GoGo :)

Thanks y'all. I'm thinking I want to rearrange some things and add a dance floor. Just to keep everyone from crowding around the bar. Bunch of juiced up sims. :p

Nice renovations! The buildings were so sparse before. I ended up turning that club into an abandoned theater renovated to be a boho, hipster style lounge. I also renovated the other exclusive lounge to look a lot for fancy and luxurious, it was so empty before!

I had a vegetarian restaurant in Brindleton Bay, The Greenery, that I moved to the 20x20 lot in DSV. I was able to expand the patio a bit (it was originally on a 20x15) and added a glass roof over the patio so Sims can eat outdoors in all weather. I also converted the Orchid-A-Go-Go to a karaoke bar; added some private karaoke rooms to the basement along with moving the restrooms. (I'm planning to replace Planet Honey Pop with a gallery for my artist Sim to operate after he hits the top of the Painter career.)

I did the same thing to all of the DSV lots...found semi-decent renos on the gallery and then renovated the renovations... Seeing yours gave me some ideas of tweaks for mine though. ^.^
