Get Famous Community Lots: Renovations

I had a vegetarian restaurant in Brindleton Bay, The Greenery, that I moved to the 20x20 lot in DSV. I was able to expand the patio a bit (it was originally on a 20x15) and added a glass roof over the patio so Sims can eat outdoors in all weather. I also converted the Orchid-A-Go-Go to a karaoke bar; added some private karaoke rooms to the basement along with moving the restrooms. (I'm planning to replace Planet Honey Pop with a gallery for my artist Sim to operate after he hits the top of the Painter career.)
