Get Famous Movie Studio
Does anyone know if anyone has made a movie or TV studio that we can download?

Do you mean can we make movies using the movie studio lot that we can actually view in-game? If so, the answer is no, unless you use the games video capture system while your sim is working. We can also use the movie sets in build mode to make our own videos.
