Get to work: question about human-alien hybrids

After playing spell casters for a few months I am ready to play some aliens again. In previous games I always sticked with full alien, not half aliens or human-alien hybrids. But now I really want to ...

It's been a while since I played an alien-human hybrid. Usually, I play vampires, spellcasters, and some pure aliens now. My experiences were the same somebody with alien skin colours no alien abilities or an alien child with all the alien abilities.
