Have just been promoted to RN in Doctor career. I get 'emergency calls' to go to the reception desk for emergency samples to analyze but when I go there I can never figure out how to get them. I have tried going to the analyzer and clicking on it in case they are pre-loaded and I am just supposed to analyze them; but no luck. After a few hours, I get another notification that the 'analysis failed and had to be sent out.' I take a small performance hit.
What am I missing? My Sims' logic and handiness are both 10 and I have found at home, I have an option to 'research medical data' that seems to result in small performance gain the next day.
Are you clicking on the reception desk itself? That's how I've been picking up these emergency samples.
