I love City Living, but I'm not sure it is a real Family type of world per se, but can certainly be used by anyone. Love the environment in that city. They have some very cheap "used" furniture that is perfect for anyone not using the money cheat, you can get your lot furnished pretty quickly.
I do have get together and never really used it or the clubs at all till I saw TheSimsSupply do a rags to riches challenge in that world and he made it looks so fun, lol, the world is beautiful
If I had to pick one it would be City Living, some reason I really love that one!
