Giving them a job without playing with them?
I want to change what sims are the neighbours without having to play with all the families. You know, just move the old ones out, create new ones and move them in. But then my town is filled with sims...

MCCC is amazing for this if you don't mind mods. I think you might need to go into the household to click on the sims, but you can set skill levels, give jobs, set promotions and set relationships and strengths all just by clicking on them. I do this a lot when I place my random neighbourhood sims :smile:
