Creating a sim by CAS story mode, assuming you get the right answers to the right traits and aspirations you are looking for can potentially give you what you seek, those household members can start with advances on a few of their skills and some could have jobs as high as level 3 that are relevant to the traits you have. so instead of a locker room attendant, your sim automatically has a team mascot position in athletic career as an example. another would be assistant to the manager instead of mailroom technician in business career. it could also be possible to get more starting credits then usual.

Now MCCC can assign careers to random NPC households without any input from you if you got those settings sorted, otherwise you could intervene directly by cheating a career promotion, however it can't allow you to choose your career, you have to select one from your phone first and then using MCCC to promote. It is powerful but not that powerful a modification as there is room for improvement. Base TS4 on it's own is almost hands off on your game play, other than autonomy actions, it does very little of anything else.
