Do you send them to bed with any needs low? The only times my sims wake at night is if they really really need to pee, eat or wash.
I can understand the peeing one, but who wakes up because they are hungry or dirty?
Mostly I manage to send them to bed with their needs taken care of, so they sleep beautifully all the way until morning (how I wish that were the case irl lol).
