I was having the same problem until I removed my mods Wicked Whims and Extreme Violence. I am already noticing Sims aren't getting stuck in their interactions and missing class. HOWEVER, my sims are not using their bikes as default like I want them too! Anyone else having that issue. I wish you could pick "bike everywhere".
