No can do for me! I have mine organized in a way that I can easily put in my mods folder the type of stuff I want. I can not play without CC hair, shoes, and a handful of different makeups (and of course eyelashes!) I also use default eye and skin replacements.
As far as B/B CC, I can go without it, but it annoys me simply because of the horrid swatches EA puts out, while the meshes might be nice the swatch patterns and colors are hideous. I have a TON of B/B CC but I typically will only had a few creator's folders if I'm wanting to decorate, but typically unless it's a house my currently played households are living in, I keep my lots with only game items so stuff doesn't come up missing.
I also need my CC walls because there's simply not enough in the game (and I own all packs and kits besides JtB).
Now mods are another thing, I have a HUGE amount, so much that I keep a spreadsheet of the URLs, the Update Date, and Patch number so I can keep track. It has helped tremendously.
I have a test save that I load when testing new packs/patches which is 100% vanilla because I'll move my mods folder out of My Documents and will just test things with that save until I get my most needed mods updated.
