Growing together preorder says "Sent Gift"?

I had the same issue. I canceled that order, and reordered with my bank account rather than PayPal. The PayPal one said 'sent' with the digital content. My new one did not.

I got the email, and called EA. They said it's a mass email sent in error.

I called them after my second notice, and they said there was an internal server error, and to wait for now.

Dude same but when I look at my emails, the day I first purchased it it says it went through. And when I went onto the ea app on my pc and went onto the pack, it said that preordered it and will be able to download and play it the day of. Im glad I came on here for clarification.

Don't know but same! I hope someone knows what this is about!

Do you have a gift card or anything on your PayPal account? Or someone could have sent you it?

The gift parts gone now? Maybe it was just a momentary glitch?

yeah same here, so weird? it looks normal now?

I was fine ignoring the first one as mistakes happen but I woke up to the same email a second time. All my other paypal purchases work fine so there shouldn't be any issues. I don't normally preorder so I don't even know why I did in this case. I don't think there's any real benefit to doing so is there? I'm thinking of cancelling and just buying it normally on release day as this is irritating me.

When I received the second email I cancelled my order, then I waited awhile and reordered.
It went through the second time, with no problems.
At first I thought the email was a scam as my email address was all in capitals. That is not how EA usually send them.
