After seeing the trailer, I think this pack looks quite good too. Especially considering it's a stuff pack.
It's been confirmed we're getting a fear emotion patched into the base game. Now let's hope, there's at least some kind of improvement to the ghosts, even if just the ability to create them through CAS.
