Not true.
I'm complaining that there are 310 Sims (at last count, I keep deleting them to try and stem the flow) in my game and that I can't stop the game engine from creating even more Sims.
I also never had empty towns in Sims 3 and was able to control the population. I just want to be able to control the population and to have what was promised. We were told that we would be able to fill the unplayed bin up with our own creations and the game would use them. The game is rarely using them and instead is constantly making even more random townies.
