Has anyone ever recreated the Sims 2 story line, sims, or lots in Sims 4?

I did a very large sims 3 to sims 4 project and it was mentioned at the time by @Karon that there was also a sims 2 save out there: https://sssvitlans.tumblr.com/post/181672501144/the-sims-2-to-the-sims-4-the-uberhood-20

I have downloaded it myself but not played with it yet, but the pics of it look fab!

Edit: you would need the free WINrar program to open the download. It's free and easy peasy.
