Has anyone ever started a household with an elder only?

This probably one thing I have never done, but am curious about if someone else have. I mean when you start a new household you start off with an elder. If you have... Did you adopt kids? Found a ...

I did a challenge with an elder, so I started the game with only her. She ended up friending a runaway teen in town (I didn't even know the game generated single teen households) and she moved the teen in and left the teen all her money and her home when she passed at the end of the challenge.

I have often created a grandparent and grandchild household, but the challenge was the only time I started with an elder only.
