Has anyone ever used the adopt a sim feature before?

I've been playing TS4 for almost 2 years now and have never used it....what is it like? I always go the old fashioned way of getting my sims to have a kid. I always say I'm going to use it then chan...

No. They are randomly generated kids not in the world unless you adopt them.
