Has anyone managed to catch a Royal Sabrefish?

I have a sim who is an angler, and she has a level 10 in the fishing skill. But there is one fish that she has not caught and it is the Royal Sabrefish. Any anyone had any luck in catching this fish...

I got one once and my sim has a level 9 fishing skill. I with we could have the option to release every fish we catch.
