Has anyone successfully done a house call for the Doctor Career?

Is this a bug or did I do something wrong? I got a prompt to go on a house call and it said to click on the front desk to take the assignment. I saw a red heart icon on the front desk and so I click...

Yes, I have successfully completed several house calls. You just have to make sure to click the sim and click return to hospital. :)
