Has anyone successfully done a house call for the Doctor Career?

I've done quite a few housecalls for my doctor sim and just today he got a request to go and treat patients, I think it said an outbreak? I can't remember the actual wording.. but when he got to the house there was a sim passed out on the floor with other sims around him yelling. After he was treated, there were 2 more sims that collapsed and had to be treated. Then it was back to the hospital to go back to the usual. The outbreak one startled me because I didn't read of anyone having this request before.
