Has anyone successfully done a house call for the Doctor Career?

Is this a bug or did I do something wrong? I got a prompt to go on a house call and it said to click on the front desk to take the assignment. I saw a red heart icon on the front desk and so I click...

Also I realized that house calls are for sims that does not actually live in that house.. very weird.


It's been a while since I played the doctor career, but I once went to the Windenburg Library and treated 3 patients at the library. That was kind of funny. I imagined the library staff called 911 or something. LOL
